IT Managed Services

Enterprise-grade IT, without the enterprise

Managed support, security and compliance, cloud and backup, and the onsite projects nobody else wants to own — delivered by an engineer who spent two decades doing this for Microsoft, Cisco, and Wells Fargo.

What we cover

Four areas, quoted to your environment rather than sold as a package you have to fit.

Coverage: Support runs during business hours. Emergencies outside them are covered too, billed at a premium rate that is agreed before we start — never a surprise line on your invoice.

Who you are actually hiring

Enterprise engineering, at small business scale

Most managed service providers grow out of a computer repair shop. This one grew out of two decades running Tier 2 and Tier 3 infrastructure for companies whose outages made the news.

Two decades in enterprise IT

Tier 2 and Tier 3 systems engineering for Microsoft, Cisco, and Wells Fargo, plus OneDigital, Karuna Therapeutics, Imagine Pediatrics, and UKG.

How engagements start

Scope drives price, so we look before we quote.

Step 1

Assessment

We document what you actually have — devices, servers, tenant, network, licenses, and backups — and hand you a written picture of the risks. No obligation attached.

Step 2

Proposal

A scoped proposal based on what we found, not a package you have to fit into. You see exactly what is covered and what is not before anything is signed.

Step 3

Onboarding

Agents deployed, backups verified, documentation written, and gaps closed in risk order. You get the documentation too — it is your environment.

Common questions

What does an engagement cost?
It depends on how many people and devices you have, what you already run, and what you need covered — so we quote after an assessment rather than publishing a rate card. The assessment tells you what you are actually buying before you commit to anything.
What area do you cover?
We are based in Lowell, Massachusetts, and cover the Merrimack Valley and Greater Boston for onsite and field work. Remote support and managed services reach further; project work has taken us well beyond New England.
What hours is support available?
Standard support runs during business hours. Emergencies outside those hours are covered as well, billed at a premium rate agreed with you in advance rather than discovered on an invoice.
Are you a reseller or do you do the work yourselves?
We do the work. We hold reseller relationships where it benefits you on licensing, but the engineering is ours — the same background that ran Tier 2 and Tier 3 infrastructure for Microsoft, Cisco, and Wells Fargo.
Do we have to move our hosting or domains to you?
No. We happen to also run domains, hosting, and business email, which is convenient if you want one vendor and one invoice. It is not a condition of managed services, and we will support what you already have.

Request an assessment

Tell us roughly what you run. We will come back within one business day to arrange a look at your environment.

Rough numbers are fine — the assessment is where we get precise.
