Can you migrate us without downtime?

Most migrations can be staged so the disruptive part lands in a maintenance window, often overnight or on a weekend. We rehearse the cutover first, and we tell you honestly where a brief interruption is unavoidable.

Do you work with our existing cloud provider?

Yes. We manage tenancies you already own — we do not require you to move accounts to us in order to be supported, and you keep ownership of your own cloud accounts throughout.
