IT that gets handled before anyone files a ticket
Most small-business IT problems are not emergencies — they are the slow accumulation of unpatched machines, expired licenses, and nobody owning the answer. We take that ownership: your endpoints, servers, network, and Microsoft 365 tenant monitored and maintained, with a real engineer on the other end when something does break.
Support hours: Support runs during business hours. Emergencies outside them are covered too, billed at a premium rate that is agreed before we start — never a surprise line on your invoice.
What's included
Every line below is quoted to your environment. We scope it during the assessment.
Managed Workstation & Endpoint
Every laptop and desktop monitored, patched, and protected, with remote support folded in rather than metered by the hour.
Managed Server
Windows and Linux servers kept current and watched, so a failing disk becomes a scheduled swap instead of a Monday morning outage.
Managed Network
Firewalls, switches, and access points configured properly, kept on supported firmware, and monitored for the failures that look like 'the internet is slow'.
Help Desk & Service Desk
One place your team goes when something is broken, staffed by someone who already knows how your environment is built.
Remote Monitoring & Management
Agents on your fleet reporting health, disk, and patch state continuously, so problems surface as alerts rather than complaints.
Patch Management
Operating system and third-party updates tested and rolled out on a schedule, because unpatched software is still how most breaches start.
Managed Microsoft 365 & Google Workspace
Tenant configuration, license assignment, mailbox and sharing policy, and the security defaults most tenants never get turned on.
Asset, License & Vendor Management
A live inventory of what you own and what you pay for, plus we deal with the vendors so your staff stop sitting on hold.
Employee Onboarding & Offboarding
New hires productive on day one with accounts, hardware, and access ready — and departures fully revoked the same day, which is the one most companies get wrong.
vCIO & Strategic IT Advisory
Budget planning, lifecycle forecasting, and a technology roadmap, so IT spend stops being a series of surprises.
After-Hours & Emergency Support
When something breaks outside business hours, you can still reach an engineer. Emergency work is billed at a premium rate, agreed in advance.
Common questions
- What hours is support available?
- Standard support runs during business hours. Emergencies outside those hours are covered as well, billed at a premium rate that we agree with you up front so it is never a surprise.
- Do we have to replace our existing IT person?
- No. A lot of our work sits alongside an in-house person or office manager who has quietly become the IT department. We take the monitoring, patching, and escalation load off them and stay available for the things they would rather not own.
- How does an engagement start?
- With an assessment. We document what you actually have — devices, servers, tenant, network, licenses, and backups — and give you a written picture of the risks before anyone signs anything. Scope drives price, so the assessment comes first.
- Can you support Macs as well as Windows?
- Yes. Our background is mixed Windows, macOS, and Linux fleets at enterprise scale, managed through tools like Intune and Entra ID rather than by touching machines one at a time.
