Common questions
- How far in advance should we book an office move?
- Earlier than most people do. Circuits and carrier installs are the long pole and can take weeks, so the technology plan needs to start when the lease is signed, not when the movers are booked. If your date is already tight, tell us — we have worked compressed timelines before.
- Can you handle the IT side of an acquisition?
- Yes. That work typically means merging identity providers, consolidating Microsoft 365 tenants, reconciling licenses, migrating mail and files, and unifying security policy — usually while both businesses keep running. It is planned in phases with a rollback position at each one.
- Do you install conference room systems yourself?
- Yes, onsite. We specify the room, install and commission the hardware, and test it under real conditions with your team before we call it done.
- Do you take project work if we do not have a monthly agreement?
- Yes. Project and onsite work stands on its own; a managed agreement is not a prerequisite. Plenty of clients start with one project and decide about ongoing support afterwards.
