Need Support Now?
Most IT problems do not need a truck roll — they need a senior engineer on your screen within the hour. We connect to your machine with your permission, fix what is broken in front of you, and stay on the line until it is actually working. When the problem does need hands on hardware, we dispatch onsite instead of leaving you stranded.
What's included
Every line below is quoted to your environment. We scope it during the assessment.
Virus & Malware Removal
Infections, adware, and browser hijackers removed while you watch — then the root cause closed so it does not come right back.
Email & Account Problems
Password resets, locked accounts, mail not syncing, Outlook profiles rebuilt — the interruptions that stop a workday, handled in one session.
Slow Computer Tune-Ups
Startup clutter, bloated background apps, and overdue updates cleared so the machine you already own feels new again.
Printer & Peripheral Setup
Printers, scanners, headsets, and second monitors installed and tested properly — not left half-configured.
New Device Setup & Data Transfer
Files, bookmarks, email, and apps moved from the old machine to the new one, so day one starts where you left off.
How-To Guidance & Training
One-on-one walkthroughs of the tools you already pay for, at your pace, with notes you get to keep.
Common questions
- How does a remote support session work?
- You book a time, we send a secure link, and you grant one-time access to your screen. Nothing is installed permanently and you can end the session at any moment. Most fixes are done in under an hour.
- Is remote support secure?
- Yes. Sessions are encrypted end to end and require your explicit approval to start. We never retain access after the session ends, and every action happens on your screen where you can see it.
- What if my problem cannot be fixed remotely?
- Hardware failures, cabling, and network equipment need physical access — for those we dispatch an engineer onsite. You are never told to figure it out yourself.
- Do you support Macs as well as Windows?
- Yes — macOS and Windows desktops and laptops, plus the phones and tablets that connect to them for email and files.
